We ordered thru the app only to find out that the shop is shut and up for resale, the number provided isn’t in use anymore, but the app still took the money and we never received our goods, when finally getting in contact thru a different number we where told to go onto the app for a refund, on the app there is nothing about a refund and we have been ignored.

I did not receive my order but they took my money I am still waiting on a refund

Very unhappy with my experience, I ordered via their website and it is now the following day and I still haven’t received any response from them. They wouldn’t answer the phone and I still haven’t received a refund.

Apparently the restaurant is closed and not taking orders despite the fact their app is still happy enough to take your money and say your order is on the way

I didn’t even receive my order, not even a call to say why and the money has been taken out my bank.

Best takeaway I have had

missing ingredients from both burgers,not for the first time, chips cold, phoned and was basically called a liar as the cook said the ingredients were all present. won't be using them again. used to be prompt service and good food. standards definite much lower now.

the burger i got wasnt the one i ordered and there were hardly any fries. as i was hungry and didnt want to wait i was forced just to eat what was delivered

delivery driver arrived right at estimated time, pancakes were lacking a decent amount of sauce/toppings though
